We each have the same potential to grow and change throughout our lifespan. Sometimes, we limit our growth and choose to stay stagnate by refusing to accept necessary changes to improve who we are and how we live. We convince ourselves it is easier to continue as is, and not engaging in change processes that can help improve our attitudes and behaviors.
Usually our stagnate engagement in personal growth is led by fear of the unknown and laziness from having to learn and do things differently. In feeding our fears and laziness, we become stagnate and limit the reaching our true greatness.
Yet, stalling your personal growth will limit having a quality life that brings you fulfillment. You will not embody qualities, engage in behaviors, and have experiences that will bring you joy, peace and contentment. Also, you then do not experience positive feelings that is experienced through sharing your greatness with others.
The change that starts from within create ripples that expands out to have huge magnified positive vibrations unto our world.
Remaking yourself is necessary when you recognize an aspect of who you are, or behaviors you are engaging in, are no longer a benefit. It requires conscious willingness to change whatever you decide is no longer serving you.
There is wonderful greatness that follows full engagement toward personal development and growth. Full engagement must include intentional improvements inside ourselves through thoughts and attitude, and outside through actions or conscious inactions.
The journey may have difficult moments where you are fighting the urge to quit and return to how things were prior to choosing to do differently, but staying the course will give positive results. The internal transformative changes and positive feelings are worth it.
