You are the best person to know what you need. Take the time to create a relationship and connection with your inner world. Then listen to the messages that are communicated from within, because they can help create a more peaceful and happy life.
Having a deeper connection with your inner world – your intuition – will guide your discovery of your heart felt needs. It will communicate what you need and want, and highlight the right steps that is right for you. It will ring the alarm, if you aren’t listening to it.
What is meant by inner world?
Our inner world is all that takes place within the body. It includes things like our mind, emotions, and intuition. Observe and remain aware of the thoughts you focus on. Learn to know the physical sensations of the emotions you feel (e.g. tension in the chest when anxious or a sense of lightness when happy). And come to understand how your intuition communicates with you.
The intuition is a mode of communication from within, that provides a quick ‘knowing’ that is often referred to a ‘gut instinct.’ It isn’t always based on conscious or rational information that you’re receiving (e.g. hearing, seeing) in the moment. Your ability to effortlessly attune to your intuition is a partnership that takes practice.
There are many ways the intuition can communicate. With having an intuitive connection with your inner world, you can quickly recognize internal energetic and physical changes. It may be experienced as tension or lightness in the body (e.g. head, chest, diaphragm).
The more you practice connecting with the inner world, the more awareness you gain. The more you affirm and listen to what your inner world communicates, the clearer and stronger the partnership.
Unfortunately, the messages from the inner world – through the heart or intuition – often goes unnoticed or ignored. Mostly, it’s due to not knowing how to to be aware of its communications. With practice, you can quickly connect with the physical sensations that gives a guide regarding if you’re on track, or not, with living the life you need and want.
Also, many people have created a habit of ignoring messages from their inner world – their heart and intuition. They are easily misled by input received from other people regarding what they need and how to live their life (e.g. ‘must’ and ‘should’). Sadly, it’s not always a great personal fit. Quickly, you may fall into a habit of ignoring the whispered messages and desires thereby completely ignoring the guidance given by the heart and intuition.
In taking action purely based on others input, while ignoring what your inner world communicates, you will experience internal noise and agitation. Ultimately, this leads to severe misdirection of what you need to create emotional fulfillment.
Do not abandon your inner guide’s messages regarding who you are, how to live, and what to create for goals. Be courageous and actively practice a stronger connection with your inner world, fuel a relationship with your heart and intuition.
Ways To Create A Better Connection With Your Inner World – Your Hear And Intuition?
- Practice meditation regularly to help learn how to quiet your mind enough to attune to your body
- Practice stopping yourself when you feel an energetic shift in your body (e.g. light to heavy or vice versa) – create a moment where you intentionally bring your awareness inside of you to note the physical sensations, emotions, and thoughts
- Ask yourself a question, be still and bring your awareness inside of you to note initial thoughts that arise
- Practice lying down and bringing your focus inside of you to note physical sensations, from head to toe
- Practice paying attention to sudden changes in mood by bringing your awareness inside of you to note what you were thinking prior to the shift
- Practice describing what physical sensations are experienced with differing emotions

How can I listen and live life fully connected to the words it whispers?
